Holiday home ownership at Allhallows

On your way here you might find it difficult to believe that this tranquil, green, countryside scenery is less than 30 minutes from the M25. This part of Kent is a lush, green peninsula out on the Thames Estuary and forms part of an important wildlife habitat.

We’re surrounded by green farmland, creeks, lakes and reed beds. So as you’d expect the surrounding area is teaming with wildlife – particularly wading birds. Allhallows Holiday Park sits alongside a kilometre of sandy, pebbled beachfront that’s almost directly across the water from Southend-on-Sea in Essex.

You’ll find our caravan park just outside Allhallows village. Take a look around and you’ll notice a number of open, grassy, picnic and conservation areas, as well as our fishing lake, 9-hole golf course and even a privately run pony stable and petting zoo. Just the sorts of things you want to see if you’re considering buying a holiday home. All our caravans are within a couple minutes walk of the beach and with such a long shore we also have a selection of static caravans for sale with their own sea views. Other holiday home locations on our park that you might like include spots close to our lake, golf course or our main entertainment facilities.

Why choose Allhallows?

One of the best things about buying your own holiday home is that you can just decide to escape there anytime you feel like it (or whenever an unexpected heatwave strikes). Being so close to the South East’s major motorway makes dashing out to your seaside caravan that much quicker and easier.

Once you’re here we have indoor and outdoor pools and a waterslide to keep you cool, plus a whole range of exciting sports and leisure activities to keep you and any guests entertained. We run coached golf, fencing, archery and football sessions here so you can turn trips to your holiday home into opportunities to learn a new sport or brush up on your technique. We also have a packed all-day entertainment schedule to help you keep younger family members entertained whilst you’re here. Plus we have a thriving owners’ community with a range of owner events, parties, and experience days, not to mention our ever so popular wine club.

Things to do in Kent

Nature lovers and birdwatchers will particularly love exploring the mudflat, salt marsh and read bed nature reserves near our holiday park. It’s an environment that attracts thousands of migratory birds on their journeys around the world, as well as some rare species of water birds.

Just eight miles away, by the side of the River Medway, is Upnor Castle which guards the way to Chatham and Rochester. If you’re interested in history, ships and castles then you’re in for a treat – some of the best local attractions include Rochester’s castle and cathedral, Chatham’s historic naval dockyards and the Dickens World theme park.

Diggerland is another nearby attraction where kids and grown-ups a can get behind the wheels of large diggers and tractors for a surprisingly entertaining day out.

And as we’re only 30 minutes from Junction 2 of the M25 you could enjoy a day’s retail therapy at the famous, Bluewater shopping centre .
